By accessing www.iceatr.shop and engaging our services, you agree to be bound by these Terms. If you do not agree, please do not use our Site or services.
"Services" refers to all consulting, advisory, and implementation services provided. "Client" means the individual or entity using our services. "Deliverables" means work products produced.
We provide technology consulting services including computer systems design, IT consulting, cloud solutions, cybersecurity, data analytics, and digital transformation.
Our IP remains our property. Upon payment, we grant a non-exclusive license to use Deliverables. You retain rights to materials you provide.
Fees per SOW. Invoices due within 30 days. Late payments may incur 1.5% monthly charge.
Both parties maintain confidentiality for five years after termination.
Our total liability shall not exceed fees paid in the 12 months preceding the claim.
Services are provided "AS IS" without any warranties.
You agree to indemnify us against claims from your use of our Services in violation of these Terms.
Either party may terminate upon 30 days' written notice.
Governed by Ohio law. Disputes resolved by arbitration in Columbus, Ohio.
